How to Group Flipkart Shipping Labels by SKU

← Back to Help CenterSHIPPING LABEL GUIDE

SKU grouping can make packing easier when several orders contain the same product. It should never change which label belongs to an order.

What SKU grouping means

A stock keeping unit (SKU) is a product identifier used by a seller to distinguish items or variations. Grouping labels by SKU changes their print order, not the address or order details printed on each label.

Using CropShip

  1. Open the Flipkart cropper.
  2. Upload supported E-Kart shipping label PDFs.
  3. Keep Group by SKU enabled to sort labels that can be identified.
  4. Review the number of processed labels and the preview.
  5. Download the combined PDF, then cross-check the order IDs before packing.

Orders containing multiple SKUs

If one shipping label belongs to an order with several SKU values, it must remain one shipping label. In the current workflow, such orders are grouped together rather than split into multiple customer labels.

Best practices

Keep products and printed labels separated during picking. Confirm each packing slip or order ID against the shipping label. Never assume that sorting alone validates order accuracy.

Limitations

SKU extraction relies on text present in a compatible PDF. Image-only labels, new marketplace templates or unexpected SKU layouts may be unsupported; review the output manually.

CropShip is a browser-based seller utility. The tested Flipkart E-Kart sample supports automatic cropping and 4 × 6-inch PDF output. PDF structures vary by marketplace and over time; other marketplace formats may not work. Always verify labels before dispatch.
